don’t overdo it

SO… I did my 4 miles on Saturday and had a really good time.  Even Monday 3 miler was a good time. I skipped today’s 4 miles because I went out with my best friend Kim walking.  We did a good 3.15 miles.  My legs were killing me. But tomorrow morning instead of 3 mile run, I will run 4.  So it will be like I swapped the two days. Then rest on Friday and run 5 on Saturday.  can’t overdo it in week 2…
